Destination Planning for 2021 and Beyond
In December 2020, Tourism Saskatchewan hosted the first virtual Destination Marketing Organization (DMO)/City Marketing Organization (CMO) Forum amidst a global pandemic. DMO’s and CMO’s from across the province participated in a session facilitated by zu.com using design thinking methodology to help plan for 2021, in a time where the future of tourism is unknown. Two different scenarios based on COVID-19 restrictions were created to aid in this planning. The document below contains the input of the participating DMO/CMO’s at this session, and is intended to help guide the tourism industry as we plan for 2021 and beyond.
